El Paso Symphony Orchestra Launches Armonía Symphony Collective,
A New Organization for Young Professionals

Inaugural group debuts with A Christmas Fantasia concert and after-party on December 6

EL PASO, TX – The El Paso Symphony Orchestra (EPSO) is proud to announce the launch of Armonía Symphony Collective, a new organization designed for young professionals in their 20s, 30s, and 40s who want to combine cultural experiences with networking opportunities while helping shape El Paso’s cultural future.

The group celebrates its debut with A Christmas Fantasia on Saturday, December 6, 2025, followed by a festive after-party at La Perla Rooftop Bar at The Plaza Hotel, where members can connect with fellow arts enthusiasts in this inaugural group.

“We want to build a thriving young professional community around symphonic music in El Paso and the surrounding area,” said Clarisa Ramirez, President of Armonía Symphony Collective. “Our ultimate goal is to create lasting cultural impact and ensure the El Paso Symphony Orchestra continues to flourish for generations to come. We’re seeking members to help shape El Paso’s cultural future while building valuable professional connections and skills.”

Armonía Symphony Collective addresses a long-standing goal of the EPSO Board of Directors and staff to create a dedicated group for young professionals who want to support symphonic music and the arts in the region. Members will enjoy world-class performances while connecting with fellow young professionals, engaging with world-renowned guest artists, and participating in discussions with the Maestro and Symphony musicians.

Armonía Symphony Collective is the first organization of its kind in El Paso, modeled after successful programs such as the Houston Symphony’s Young Associates Council and The Austin Symphony’s Symphony BATS, which has fostered a vibrant young professional community for 26 seasons through premier concert seating, post-performance parties, and exclusive educational events.

Exclusive Member Experiences

Members receive tickets to three curated concerts selected by EPSO Music Director & Conductor Bohuslav Rattay, with invitations to after-parties following each performance. Additional benefits include two behind-the-scenes educational moments with Rattay and other musicians and networking experiences.
